We are ready for Japan- Princella Adubea

Black Queens forward, Princella Adubea is optimistic the Black Queens of Ghana has the ability to beat Japan in the upcoming friendly.

Japan’s Nadeshiko will host Ghana’s Black Queens in a high profile international Women’s Friendly match at Kanazawa Go Go Curry Stadium on July 13 in Tokyo,Japan.

The Black Queens have qualified for the 2024 Women African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) after eliminating Namibia, in the final qualifying round.

Speaking ahead of the clash, Princella believes teamwork can help the team get the needed result against Japan.

“The Japanese side are a good side but we are going to play as a team together so we need to be compact and focused. We don’t really care about their World ranking as I know we can match them. We are going to play as a team and I know at the end of the day we are going to achieve what we deserve.” She said.

The team will use this high profile game to keep in shape ahead of the tournament and also to give Head coach, Nora Häuptle the luxury of accessing new additions to the team.
