With Arsenal aiming to end a 21-year title drought, Arteta will be hoping that Partey remains fit throughout the season.
The Ghanaian midfielder, who struggled with injuries last season, is determined to maintain his form and fitness as Arsenal contend for the Premier League title.
Partey is also set to play a key role for the Black Stars in their upcoming AFCON qualifiers against Angola and Niger in September. Despite persistent transfer rumors, the former Atletico Madrid star appears focused on continuing his journey with the Gunners.
