Samuel Tenedu joins Asante Kotoko

Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko have confirmed signing Samuel Tenedu in the ongoing transfer window.

Thw 21-year-old defensive midfielder joins the Porcupine Warriors from fellow Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities.

The club announced on their website that Samuel Tenedu joins the Kumasi-based club on a three-year-deal.

“Kumasi Asante Kotoko is delighted to announce the signing of Samuel Tenedu, a talented defensive midfielder from Legon Cities, on a three-year deal,” the club’s statement read.

Before adding, “The 21-year-old successfully completed his medical in Kumasi earlier this week and will be joining the squad ahead of the upcoming season.”

Tenedu made 30 appearances for Legon Cities last season and won multiple Man-of-the-Match awards.
