Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori has officially completed a permanent transfer to AmaZulu FC, as confirmed by the club on Friday.
The 30-year-old shot-stopper joins the South African Premiership side after parting ways with Orlando Pirates following the expiration of his contract.
Richard Ofori, who previously played for Orlando Pirates and Maritzburg United, returns to KwaZulu Natal with excitement about the new chapter in his career.

“I’m thrilled to be back in KZN,” Ofori shared. “It feels like home, and I’m eager to make a significant contribution to AmaZulu.”
The experienced goalkeeper is focused on bolstering AmaZulu’s goalkeeping department and contributing to the team’s success.

He emphasised his readiness to work hard and help the club achieve its objectives. “We have a fantastic group of goalkeepers at AmaZulu. Together, we’ll work as a team to support the club,” he said.
