Prosper Ogum to register youth players for league

Asante Kotoko head coach, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has revealed he has plans this season to register and integrate some youth players of the team into the first team.

Prosper Ogum revealed this during an exclusive interview with the media team of the club.

“The goal of this project is to ensure a smooth transition of these young players into the first team,” Coach Ogum explained.

“We will register some of these boys and as the league progresses, we will give them a chance to experience it. Our aim is to assess their potential and, when appropriate, allow them to train with the first team and play when possible.” He added.

Asante Kotoko finished 6th on the GPL league log last season and will be hoping to do better in the upcoming season.
