President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku is optimistic the Black Stars of Ghana will beat Mali in the upcoming World Cup up qualifiers.
The Black Stars of Ghana will lock horns with Mali on June 6 in Bamako to keep their hopes alive for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Speaking to the players after a training session, the GFA boss says he has confidence in the ability of the team.
“I believe we will go to Mali with all the confidence and quality that we have and put up a good performance that will give us the desired result. This is possible.” He said.
Ghana, currently fourth in Group I of the World Cup qualifiers, will be hoping to return to winning winning wats as they are chasing Comoros, Mali, and Madagascar on the log.
Ghana will lock horns with Mali in Bamako on June 6 before hosting the Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on June 10.
