Hearts of Oak officially received the keys to their new state-of-the-art headquarters, Phobia House, located in Adabraka on Tuesday, July 30.
The handover ceremony marked a significant milestone for the club, which now boasts the most advanced facility of its kind in Ghana.
The event was attended by Executive Chairman Togbe Afede XIV, Managing Director, board member Vincent Sowah Odotei, and other board members. They were joined by the media for a tour of the modern building.
Phobia House will serve as the club’s administrative center and is set to become a hub for Hearts of Oak’s operations. The facility includes various offices and is envisioned as a pivotal asset for the club’s future growth and success.
This infrastructural development comes at a crucial time for Hearts of Oak, who are looking to bounce back from a challenging season. The new secretariat is expected to play a significant role in the club’s preparations for the upcoming season and beyond.

Meanwile the management of the club is also focused on getting back o their best in terms of performances as the prepare for the new season.
Having finished 14th in the previous Ghana Premier League season, the Phobians narrowly escaped relelgation after coming from behind to beat Bechem United on the final day of the competition in a controversial manner.
