GPL: Dreams humiliate RTU at home

Dreams Football Club hammered Real Tamale United 8-1 at home in an outstanding game in the Ghana Premier League.

The win over the Tamale-based club means Dreams FC are safe in terms of the relegation battle before the final round of games this weekend.

RTU took the lead in the fourth minute through Lord Adabo but the “Still Believe” lads came back stronger to win the game.

Agyenim Boateng Mensah scored five goals in the game.Benjamin Bature also placed the ball at the back of the net twice while Ismael Dede also scored one.

Dreams FC are now 14th on the league log with 45 points while RTU are bottom of the league with 31 points. RTU will play against Accra Great Olympics in the final round of games while Dreams play Aduana Stars.
