Chelsea have secured the signing of 19-year-old Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino in a £15.6m deal.
The young Argentine has agreed to a seven-year contract with the Premier League club but will remain on loan at Boca Juniors for the 2024-25 season as part of the transfer agreement.
Anselmino, who made his debut for Boca Juniors in June 2023, has appeared in 10 matches for the Argentine side. He had previously signed a contract extension in January 2024, keeping him at Boca until 2028, before Chelsea moved for his services.
