Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr has made a sensational bid for Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus, offering a staggering €13 million per season to entice him to the Gulf region.
The offer includes an eye-watering €1 million monthly salary.
Kudus, who joined West Ham United last summer, has quickly established himself as one of Europe’s most promising talents.
His impressive performances have attracted significant attention, leading West Ham to set a hefty release clause of £85 million—substantially higher than the £38 million fee they paid Ajax for his services.
Despite the lucrative offer from Al Nassr, it appears that Kudus is inclined to remain with West Ham for at least another season.
His preference to stay with the East London club reflects his commitment and the significant consideration he gives to the stability and prospects at West Ham.
In addition to pursuing Kudus, Al Nassr is also reportedly interested in Kudus’ West Ham teammate, Lucas Paquetá. The Saudi club has initiated discussions with Paquetá’s agents, exploring the possibility of securing his transfer.
However, as of now, the likelihood of Kudus making a move to Saudi Arabia remains low. Substantial gaps in project details and personal terms have emerged following initial and follow-up meetings in early July.
Last season, Mohammed Kudus delivered a stellar performance for West Ham, netting 14 goals and providing six assists across all competitions. His continued presence at West Ham will be a key factor as the club prepares for the upcoming season.
