Inaki Williams: ”How Well I Did in Giving Myself That Opportunity”

Inaki Williams: ''How Well I Did in Giving Myself That Opportunity''

Ghanaian striker Inaki Williams has shared his thoughts on Athletic Club’s recent 3-1 victory over Celta Vigo in La Liga. In a tweet, Williams expressed his satisfaction with his performance and the team’s overall success.

“How well I did in giving myself that opportunity, how well I did in not giving up and how well I did in deciding to go up to the next step,” he wrote in Spanish. Williams’ words reveal his determination and commitment to personal growth and improvement.

His contribution to Athletic’s victory was significant, as he provided the assist for Alvaro Djalo’s goal. A brace from Gorka Guruzeta and a goal from Djalo sealed the win for Athletic. While Iago Aspas netted Celta’s only goal from the spot, Athletic’s dominance was evident throughout the match.

With a goal and four assists in the league this season, Inaki Williams has played a key role in the team’s strong start. As Athletic shifts their focus to the Europa League, where they face Roma on September 26, Williams will be eager to continue his impressive form and help the team achieve further success.
