Joseph Wallocott joins Crawley Town

Ghana Black Stars goalkeeper, Joseph Wallocott has joined English League One side Crawley Town.

Wallocot has joined Crawley Town on a permanent deal from Scottish Premier League side Hibernian. The Ghanaian goalkeeper has joined his new club on a two year deal.

Last season, the 27-year-old shot stopper was inconsistent for Hibernian and saw few games due to injuries.

He featured eight times for the Scottish side in the league and kept a clean sheet.  However, he is determined to make a mark in this new chapter.

“Unfortunately, last season did not work out for me, so I was looking for a solution,”. I know Scott well from my time at Swindon, and I really enjoyed working with him, so this seemed like a great fit.” He told the club’s website.

He has 11 international caps for Ghana.
